Terms of Use
Vialmate for iPhone and Android · Effective 14 October 2026
Short version. Vialmate is a logging and calculation tool, not medical advice. It does arithmetic on the numbers you enter and never recommends a dose. Check every result, follow your clinician, and keep your own backups.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Vialmate app and this website, provided by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], Almaty, Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”). By using Vialmate you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Not medical advice
- Vialmate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- The calculator converts the amounts you enter (vial contents, water added and your own dose) into volume and syringe units. It does not suggest, recommend or validate any dose, compound or schedule.
- Always confirm doses, preparation and schedules with a qualified clinician. Do not use Vialmate in an emergency.
3. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the numbers you enter and for checking every result before you act on it. The app shows each calculation step so you can verify it.
- Reminders depend on your device: notifications can be delayed, silenced or not delivered because of system settings, battery saving, or other reasons outside our control. Do not rely on reminders as your only way to remember a dose.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules about the substances you use. Vialmate does not sell, supply, endorse or provide information about the effects of any substance.
4. Your data
Your records are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You can export them at any time. Because we never receive a copy, we cannot restore data lost when a device is lost, reset or the app is deleted, so keep your own backups.
5. Paid features
Paid features are not available yet. When they are, purchases and subscriptions will be billed by Apple or Google under their terms; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and refunds are handled by the store under its policies. We will update these terms before paid features launch.
6. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Vialmate on devices you own or control. Please don’t copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, except where the law allows it.
7. No warranty
Vialmate is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any harm resulting from doses, preparations or decisions made using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Vialmate in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
9. Governing law and disputes
[TO BE CONFIRMED WITH A LAWYER BEFORE RELEASE]
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. You can stop using Vialmate at any time by deleting the app. We may stop offering the app or any feature.
